NOW opening chocolate-making class special for Northern Region, located in Gurun, Kedah. We offering chance for anybody who is interested in making homemade chocolate in simple way with requiring neither complex material and machine nor air-condition room.

Learn by doing. Enjoy the company of others while you learn the art of fine chocolate making. By the end of the day you will have made a couple original gourmet chocolate confections. It's a unique experience that you will remember for years to come.

Come experience five hours of hands-on, artisan chocolate making in this intensive gourmet chocolate class and demonstration. Each class is led by Pn. Nawal and will include:

- A brief history of chocolate
- An introduction to making fine chocolate truffles and confections
- How to temper chocolate
- How to make ganache
- Rolling and dipping chocolate truffles
- Flavor enhancing and pairing with chocolates

Classes are broken up into two sections and will include a light meal. At the end of the class you will be able to take home your own original gourmet chocolate confections as well as a complementary box. Classes are only available on the scheduled dates, or made by appointment (minimum 4 people per class with a maximum of 6). A private class can be arranged at a location of your choosing.*

Cost
RM200/per person for a 5-hour class
A RM100 deposit is required to register for a class**

Reservation Policy

To help us manage our registration more effectively (and to avoid any last minute cancellations), we would like to enforce our new reservation policy. Advance payment will be required upon reservation to confirm the seat.

In the event of cancellation, full payment will only be reimbursed for notice given 3 days before the class. In the event that The Cooking House cancels or reschedules the classes, we will either reimburse the full payment or customers can choose to
transfer the credit to the next workshop.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel from the Chocolate Making Program up to 3 days before the start of the program. A refund of your registration fee minus a 10% administration fee may take approximately 10 working days to process. Because our programs are usually full and in order to make sure all students are committed, on the start date of your program your registration fee becomes non-refundable. However, a transferable to another session is accepted.
